The TechEd 2013 Call for Content site has been updated to include TechEd Europe, but if you’re thinking of presenting, you need to act fast. The deadline for submissions is February 15! That’s only 9 days away. If you’ve already submitted session proposals for North America, you can update your proposal to check the box
