Microsoft Ignite Site Updated & Call for Topics Survey
I received word this morning that the Microsoft Ignite website received some updates this morning. Now don’t get too excited. There aren’t any new details like where the party will be, or what the bag will look like, or such. It looks like there are some design changes and additional fleshing out of the info in a few areas. It’s worth checking out though as we wait to learn more. I’ve also heard that more details will be coming soon, so stay tuned.
Here are the links to the areas that received a refresh:
The other big news (and really the more important news) is Microsoft invited everyone to fill out a Call for Topics survey which went live yesterday. As part of the reimagining of TechEd and the other enterprise conferences, the mechanism behind how topics and speakers are selected is undergoing a complete overhaul. We heard some of the details at the Roundtable in Chicago in September, and it’s probably the most exciting part of the new event.
Make sure you go and take the Call for Topics survey. It’s short, so it won’t take you very long at all to fill out. This is your chance to let the people planning Ignite know exactly what areas and products you want to see when you’re in Chicago in May. This is YOUR conference, so make sure your voice is heard.
