Added AIDA Cruises Webcams Page

In addition to the Carnival Cruises webcam page, I also added a page for AIDA Cruises. AIDA is a German cruise line that is owned by Carnival Corp. and controlled by Costa Cruises Group. AIDA’s ships have three webcams: port, forward, and starboard. Displaying all three side-by-side gives you an image that is nearly a panorama.
