Sometimes I see a recipe in the newspaper or in a magazine, and I get the urge to make it right away. Recently I saw a recipe for a basic Margherita pizza that had that effect on me. Even the dough was from scratch. Now I did use the bread maker to make the dough, but this was no premade crust (not that there’s anything wrong with that). Here’s the finished result. Not bad, although I’d do more with the sauce next time. Needed a bit more pep.
