OK, these aren’t your normal Disney tickets. The annual shareholders meeting for the Walt Disney Company is going to be in Kansas City this year, so I decided to take advantage of the opportunity and attend. The meeting is only two hours long, but I figure Disney must make it a little more fun than most companies. There’s also an expectation that Disney may officially announce details of the XPass program for Walt Disney World.
I’m taking the train from St. Louis to Kansas City the night before, and will return the following afternoon. I won’t even be in town for 24 hours. The logistics work quite well though as Union Station and Crown Center (where the meeting and my hotel are) are connected via a walkway, so everything is right there when I arrive.
