210/366 Picture with a Prophet

Kristin and I went to see Louden Swain at the Gramophone. Kristin’s high school classmate Stephen Norton is the drummer in the band, and Rob Benedict is the lead singer. Who is Rob Benedict you may ask? Rob played the prophet Chuck Shurley (and maybe God as well). We’re fans of the show, so it is a bit strange to see two worlds collide this way.

The show was great, and it was especially fun since a big chunk of the crowd was made up of Rob’s family including his parents. He’s from Columbia, Missouri, originally so this is his home turf. We chatted for a few minutes after the show and had our pictures taken with him. He seems like a great guy, and hopefully he and the band will be back out to St. Louis again sometime.
