TechEd North America is celebrating its 20th year this year, and I will be celebrating my 10th.  I attended my first TechEd in Dallas in 2003 and have been every year since. Here you can see my collection of TechEd badges with my MEC 2002 badge (the last before it was resurrected this year) thrown in for good measure.
