The article reported that City Council approved a revised plan for the restaurant. Apparently one of the aldermen had objected to the color scheme.

Now I can scratch another item off the list of merchants I miss from California. Let me see… Trader Joe’s… check. Cheesecake Factory… check. El Pollo Loco… check. What is left? Ikea and Fry’s are sitting at the top of the list.
