- RT @Medley: Someone needs to inform TLG that O’DarkThirty is not an acceptable ‘up for the day’ time. – They should tell our dogs that too. #
- We’re going to see “August: Osage County” at the Fox today. Supposed to be good, but a 3.5 hour play with 2 intermissions seems too long. #
- Put my 2001 Model Railroader magazines on eBay. Likelihood of me building a layout before I retire: Nil #
- Pre-theater lunch (@ Triumph Grill) http://4sq.com/4VJnRw #
- RT @techbri: geek heaven @8bits1byte: @techbri Yup… Frys Electronics—Amen. We don’t have them in STL but we do have Micro Center. #
- Wait staff: If you would write down the order, you wouldn’t forget the appetizer we ordered. Happened twice in the last 24 hours. #
- @jbgeers Is the baseball doing anything? Why not watch a regulation size baseball? in reply to jbgeers #
- August: Osage County (@ Fabulous Fox Theatre) http://4sq.com/3P4BLe #
- RT @keladewig: Preparing for 3.5 hrs of the play August: Osage County at @foxtheatrestl. Certainly hope it’s worth the hype and the time. #
- @techbri I remember Frys before they sold non-computer stuuf when I lived in SoCal. Went to the one in Chicago & hardly rcognized it. in reply to techbri #
- 1st intermission. So far the play is pretty good. Different. Still prefer my Broadway shows to have singing though. #
- Intermission 2. Pretty intense scenes. Can’t imagine the actors doing this every day. #
- Weird to see them dress the set inbetween acts with the curtain up. #
- Well, I have to say “August: Osage County” was very good. Very dark with some funny parts but it isn’t a comedy. Quite the emotional show. #
- Finished updating our @Xiotech Emprise 7000 to 8.5.1. Upgrade went nice and smooth. Now finishing up some updates for the PhD RDS server. #
