Just found out that Arlo Guthrie is going to be at Epcot as part of the International Flower and Garden Festival. The Flower Power Concert Series is held three times each night. An unexpected bonus!
The Orlando Sentinel has reported that Disney is considering outsourcing their IT operations to either IBM or Affiliated Computer Systems. See Susan Strother Clarke’s April 13 and April 8 stories for mroe details. Disney says they haven’t made a decision yet, but the fact that they are holding resume writing classes for IT workers at several locations doesn’t bode well for those workers.
Disney Magazine will close up shop at the end of the month according to a stories in the Orlando Sentinel and at Jim Hill Media. The final issue will be Summer 2005.
