  • Waiting for DMV to open to renew @keladewig registation and get new plates. 7 ahead of me in line. :( #
  • Done at DMV. Love the Deer Creek office. Always in and out very fast. #
  • Love it when several hours of work are lost. Capture of OS image failed because disk space was low. #
  • Collen update: Reducing fluids. Creatinine same & BUN down, both good. Still eating/drinking. Want him 1-2 days more as wean him off fluids. #
  • Need to go get rx for Collen and take out to vet. All the way up to DePaul then down to 141 and Manchester. Plus feel kind of blech. #

  • Collen update: Good report today. Creatinine down to 3, BUN down to 57. Continues to eat dog food (not just gourmet turkey). #
  • Heading into office for first time in over a week. #
  • Coolen update: Copper tests came back. Shows toxic levels of Cu. So he has to stay on cuprimine. What are the odds of lepto AND this? #
  • That should have said Collen not Coolen. #
  • Heading to visit Collen. Had Grandpa stop by house this PM to let Shaggy out. #
  • Still waiting for them to bring Collen out for visit. #
  • Collen update: looks better each visit. Very responsive. Walking faster. Little bloated from retained fluids. Hope he can go home soon. #

  • Collen update: Vet wants to keep him 1-2 days, seems to be doing better, ate more turkey and some canned food. Waiting to see his numbers. #
  • Collen update: Creatinine went up today. BUN was down. Vet is going to make some adjustments. If up again tomorrow that isn't good. #
  • Collen update: However, he says he seems to be feeling better, so could be a secondary problem like kidney infection sep from main problem. #
