  • Just read email from MS that the Attendee Party for #TechEd has been canceled, but there will be an “alternative social gathering”. Lame… #
  • Microsoft charges us more than ever for #TechEd this year and we get less. A free copy of Windows 7 and Server 2008 R2 is not equivalent. :( #
  • @jbgeers They should refund the incremental charge that was in our registration for the party. I think the crowd is going to be ugly in LA. in reply to jbgeers #
  • @jbgeers I’m guessing attendance must be way down, enough that the amount allocated to the party isn’t sufficient for the full event. in reply to jbgeers #
  • @kensingt0n I think Jam Sessions are unaffected. I’m still looking forward to TechEd. Win7, Office 14, Exchange 14, lot of good content. in reply to kensingt0n #
  • @LjTx Says there will be an “alternative social event” which sounds like a party, just not at theme park or anywhere else fun or expensive. in reply to LjTx #
  • @brookscl At first glance I read your tweet wrong and though you were at a state cheese tournament. in reply to brookscl #
  • At Emperoro’s Palace for dinner. @keladewig spotted a new Culver’s across the street. That will be lunch tomorrow before we go see Taken. #
  • Retweeting @bradleyu: Bradley University’s twitter feed begins. #
