Going Loco in St. Louis

Just read in the Post-Dispatch that El Pollo Loco is opening a location in Rock Hill. The article reported that City Council approved a revised plan for the restaurant. Apparently one of the aldermen had objected to the color scheme.
Now I can scratch another item off the list of merchants I miss from California. Let me see… Trader Joe’s… check. Cheesecake Factory… check. El Pollo Loco… check. What is left? Ikea and Fry’s are sitting at the top of the list.
C’mon Ingvar, what are you waiting for?
