Just read in the Post-Dispatch that El Pollo Loco is opening a location in Rock Hill. The article reported that City Council approved a revised plan for the restaurant. Apparently one of the aldermen had objected to the color scheme. Now I can scratch another item off the list of merchants I miss from California. …
