St. Louis Pumpkin
Every year I carve three pumpkins for Halloween. One for me, one for Kristin, and one for Collen. This year, I decided to commemorate the Cardinals’ World Series victory with a special pumpkin.

Microsoft released a beta version of Windows Live Writer, a blog editor. It supports the Movable Type API along with many others, so I’m trying it out now.
Seems to work well. I like having a WYSIWG editor that reflects the styles in my templates.
Microsoft has announced that TechEd 2007 is headed to Orlando. Although I was looking forward to visiting the National World War II Museum in New Orleans, I’m glad to see us going back to Orlando. Not that I’m crazy about Orlando, but going to Orlando means I get to go to Walt Disney World! I’ll be able to make it for the Year of a Million Dreams.
Since TechEd 2008 was supposed to be in Orlando, I assume that they moved it up and now 2008 is available for another city. If New Orleans is better able to handle a show of that size, perhaps Microsoaft will head back there.
St. Louis is headed to the World Series!
Update… I was picked to buy tickets for a World Series game in the second chance drawing! As expensive as these tickets are, I think we’ll be buying them to flip.
Updated Update… Tickets sold out quickly so no tickets for us.
