Off Crutches

I’m off crutches! The doctor took a look and said it should heal fine and gave me a hard-soled shoe to wear. The foot is pretty tender when I put weight on it, but otherwise I can get around now. I won’t be out mowing the lawn or running up and down the stairs anytime soon, but at least I can walk and carry things at the same time!
