I often go weeks without updates, but this time I have a good reason for the dearth of updates in April. On April 9 we left on a 10-day Southern Caribbean Cruise on Princess Cruises’ Sun Princess. We returned on April 19, and I’m just now getting back to things like the blog.

There were five port stops: St. Thomas, Dominica, Barbados, Isla Margarita (Venezuela), and Curacao. We also had a day at Princess Cays, their “island” in the Bahamas. I’m just starting to upload photos. I’m taking this opportunity to start moving my photo site to Fotki. You can find our cruise photos there at My Fotki page. Check back in a day or two for more photos!

In the 4/15/2004 St. Louis Post-Dispatch, Linda Tucci reports about rumored locations for Trader Joe’s. According to sources, the first locations will be the former Zainy Brainy store at the Promenade in Brentwood, the retail shops in Creve Coeur where Organized Living used to be, and either the former Wild Oats or Pier One in Chesterfield.
